Konstrukce a vybavení společných prostor bytových domů je navržená a realizovaná v souladu s platnou legislativou ČR. Aktuálním plánem je v druhé etapě vybudování dalších 90 bytových jednotek ve 4 bytových domech (E, F, G, H), s funkčně řešenými dispozicemi 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk a 4+kk. Každá bytová jednotka bude mít balkón nebo terasu, sklepní kóji a vlastní parkovací stání.
Bytové domy tvoří 5 nadzemních podlaží. První podlaží tvoří společné prostory, sklepní kóje a krytá parkovací stání. Další nadzemní podlaží tvoří bytové jednotky o dispozici 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk a 4+kk o celkové výměře od 38 do 116m2.

One of my favourite things I like to watch is the bloopers and outtakes that are shown of mistakes made during the making of a movie. Most DVDu2019s have a section of outtakes to be viewed, and often they will set me off laughing, especially when you know what was supposed to happen.
